Located at the absolute center of the city, this is a spacious apartment with all amenities, more than a hotel. The host is available always and came to meet us for the check in, in the middle of the night. Higly reccomended!

“An excellent option for tourists who decide to immerse themselves in the life of Yerevan”
Excellent apartment, view of the mountains from the window. Located in the very center of the city. Everything is nearby: pedestrian street, restaurants, convenience stores, entertainment. The owner is always in touch, we easily agreed with him about my late (at 1 am) check-out. It was a pleasure to live in the apartment. It has what you need.

“Well equipped and clean apartment in the autentic block of flats in the heart of Yerevan.”
Apartment is situated at the 8th floor right in the city center and very popular Pushkin street with many restaurants and clubs. However, apartment is quiet, clean with aircondition and very well equipped.
