“meets every expectation and more”
The property was phenomenal. Spotless. Best location. Most comfortable bed. Spectacular view from balcony. Good lighting and very warm. Host was kind and went out of his way to make sure that nothing was missing from the room. Provided toothpaste, toothbrush, shavers, cotton pads, etc. Kitchen fully equipped , coffee capsules and tea provided as well as stocked fridge with water and drinks, all of which complementary. Also allowed us to have early check in to accommodate our early flight and late check out to accommodate our late fight. 100% recommendations. Simply if you find it available on your travel dates dont stay elsewhere!!

“Must stay apartment in the centre of Yerevan”
Great location, very well thought out amenities - toothpaste, toothbrushes, steamer, iron, hairdryer, kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Modern interior. Clean. Super responsive host. I have never been to an apartment that is equipped with everything! Karen the host even allowed a late check in until my flight. One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in!

“The best choice for a couple to stay in Yerevan!”
The apartment is located in the heart of the city! You have beautiful view all the times of the day and it's on the 8th floor, so the noise from the road is not disturbing. It's a beautiful room, cosy, modern, spacious and it has anything you need (black - out curtains, Tv with Netflix, safe, coffe machine, kettle, big and small mirror, hangers, plenty of storage space, table and chair in the room and at the balcony, etc). In the bathroom there are a lot of extras (toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton pads, small dryer, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and many places to hang the towels, even a towel rail that warms the bathroom with timer). It also provides a laundry room with irons and ironing boards, etc. Karen, the owner was very helpful and very careful when we checked-in. He wore shoe covers so he wouldn't bring dirt in the room, he explained how everything works and recommended some places to visit and some apps to use during our stay. Whenever we needed and anytime he was there for us and when we forgot something at the airport when leaving, he went above and beyond to help us! We are very thankful and we appreciate everything Karen! We had a lovely stay for 5 nights during our holiday visit in Yerevan. We would love to go again and stay at the same place!

Our apartment was really very nice, modern, cosy, can't say anything negative to be honest. Even though it was placed on main street (avenue) there was no noise, we didn't even hear anything from the neighbours, perfect isolation.
