Exotic and quiet area away from the city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment, and for 100 AMD you can reach the center, or 2000-2500 AMD by taxi. Simple, but clean and nice room, with comfortable bed and view on Ararat. Basic breakfast. Friendly hosts.

Nice new building with modern equipment, host speaks english, there is free parking behind a gate, an equipped kitchen, absolutely awesome view of Ararat, nice lounging area with hammocks, free breakfast exceeded expectations, they let us choose between twin and double bed rooms, everything was very clean

The staff were very friendly, we loved the breakfast and breathtaking view at Ararat mountain, the room was with A/C, we managed to do the laundry, didn't try the swimming pool, nice parking slot at facilities.

“Overall we were very pleased. Bike-friendly establishment recommended for a group of cyclists.”
Inna and Armen are very good hosts. Inna speaks English so the communication is easy and both are very accommodating and helpful for all sorts of requests that we had, being a company of 10 cyclists with complex logistics etc Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
