“200m from center”
Clean, comfortable the owner is polite and will answer all questions. on the corner between teryan and amiryan there in an excellent restaurant called kavkazkaya plinniza 50m before the apartment. You have also a supermarket under the building if there need be.

“Yerevan apartment near center”
Clean , near center , everyone I encountered in the building was nice and polite except the lady who work Infront of the elevetors
