“너무 만족!!”
This place was incredibly clean and comfortable, especially considering the price. Since I’ve been traveling for a long time, I desperately needed to do laundry, and the washing machine worked perfectly. The house was spacious, too—definitely big enough for families. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the city center, tour meeting points, and the train station. I even enjoyed a morning jog around the park in front of the house and Cascade

“Very good choice”
Friendly owners, always responding to all requests, helpful and kind, good location, 15 min walk to the center, parks nearby, big mall 5 min walk, good pressure of water, clean and comfortable accommodation, new furniture.

“Clean and spacious apartment!”
I loved the location and the privacy of the apartment. The hosts were extremely welcoming and understanding and also provided recommendations to eat real authentic Armenian food in the city, which turned out to be the best food and atmosphere we have had so far in Yerevan.

“Very kind host and if we come to Yerevan again - we’d like to stay in this apartment!”
Very cozy apartment with spacious bathroom and fully furnished kitchen. Very good location in the centre, 5 mins walking from “Vernissage” art market, central market with the broadest choice of local fruits and vegetables. Several convenience stores are located just nearby of the house.
