Very good facilities, basically it's a good standard twin room, host is a very pleasant and helpful man. Its in a good area, shop nearby and very good restaurant too good bar restaurantacross the street also. A short taxi ride to city centre.

“Great cost-benefit.”
Great renovated room, strong and silent air conditioning. Since it was quite hot in the city, this really matters. Very quiet to sleep, away from main roads. Comfortable beds. Good shower. From 15 to 20 minutes walk to all the main spots. Good location. Excellent cost-benefit. Definitely recommend.

The place is great it has everything you need within few meters. Hachatur is an exceptional host, and even better person. If we searched for better host we wouldn't find him, 10 is a minimum rating for him and the apartment 🙂. Definitely more than recommended, great great great.

The studio was very modern. The low balcony with table and chairs outside forms part of an enclosed courtyard shared with the owners who are pleasant. Make sure you copy the location from booking.com as Google Maps will send you to the wrong place. Maps,me locates the place accurately.

Even though it is basically in the very center of Yerevan, it was calm and quiet. The room was spacious enough, perfectly clean with new furniture, equipped with fridge, TV, cooker and tableware. I really have nothing to complaint about, it was a very pleasant stay. The owner was kind and helpful and waited for me even when I arrived at 4 am. The location is great as well, the place is in walking distance to all important sights and good restaurants. There are also two grocery shops nearby.
