“Off the main center, functional, old soviet era style that needs a major renovation.”
Honest staff. We left a wallet on a table in the hotel and it was brought untouched back to the reception. A huge thank you! Amazing breakfast - one of the biggest I have experienced. Good location a bit off the center. Pool and sauna worked however very sterile ambiance.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff was accommodating ,especially Mr Vahram . The first day Mrs Mane help us too. The breakfast was lavish,we enjoyed.Lastly we stayed at 9th floor and the cleaning ladies were professional and friendly.Thanks everyone for our unforgettable accomodation

“Too hot for Tom”
- Superb location: being at walking distance from the Hraparak (Republic Square) and thus the city center, the hotel is an excellent base to discover the city on foot, return to fresh up, go out to eat etc. - Free on site parking (side entrance, behind the black gate): really handy if, like us, you arrive by car - Nice pool/sauna/gym facilities

“3 night stay in Yerevan”
Breakfast plentiful but can't say it compares to other 4* hotels I have stayed in . To be honest had better breakfasts in B and Bs and 3 * hotels in Armenia . It lacked quality . Room appeared clean and then when bed moved 'plasters' behind bed ughhh. Staff efficient but hardly 'cheerful '. Centrally located ...it's best feature. Lacked atmosphere ....could have been anywhere globally .

Everything was just perfect. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean. The quality and variety of the breakfast was ideal. The personal was very kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place.

“Wonderful place to stay in downtown Yerevan”
Overall, the hotel was quite good. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the central square and close to the Vernissage market, yet it is on a quieter side street surrounded by shops and cafés. The hotel itself is fairly large and has a solid, somewhat grand style. The rooms are comfortable and standard, with the practical amenities business travelers need, such as an ironing board and iron. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it’s nice that these facilities are available.
