Awesome hosts. Very warm, friendly, courteous and professional. Always greet you with a smile, and will go a step beyond to guarantee your comfort. The cottages were very clean and cozy. Supper was very good (local pork and chicken). The breakfast was amazing. All local and homemade, from the cheeses and yogurt, to the honey and jams. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to get immersed in nature and enjoy the hospitality of a beautiful young Armenian family. Thank you Ani and Movses.

Thank you, dear Ani and Movses, for being such wonderful hosts! It was a perfect place to stay for the evening before a long day of hiking in the gorge. The view over the valley is absolutely fantastic. The food is lovingly cooked, fresh and delicious. This is one of the best places I've stayed at not only in Armenia but all over the world!

There are no words that can explain our experience. Kanach tun owned by a friendly armenian family , they take care of all small details. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Anna , her husband, and their kids were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We felt like we were with our family. For sure, we will go back to them once we visit Armenia next time .

“Must-visit place around mountains and good people”

I looooved this place! I just wanted to have a rest and restart around mountains. But the landlords were sooo cute and hospitable people. If you want to feel Armenian hospitality, you should definitely visit this place. I have got a big energy there. And time flew. Must must must visit place!

I really liked the view from our cottage. You can enjoy the morning just by walking out of your cottage right into the nature. It was calm, nice and clean! The hosts very nice and answered all the questions we had and provided directions and help. We were in need of a car for our ride back and Movses (the owner of the place) organised it quickly.

Movses and his family are incredibly kind. Really nice option outside Ijevan.

“Fabulous Location and Wonderful Stay”

We had an amazing stay at Kanach Tun, the staff were so friendly and unprofessional, and were so patient with us as we had to make many last minute changes to our travel plans and timings. The place is extremely beautiful, tranquil, and there are lovely walks to do nearby to a waterfall and some amazing views/ activities. Would highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the mountains, as well as friends looking for a good time outdoors.

“Amazing weekend full of activities”

It was the best weekend stay I've had in a very long time! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature everywhere. But it is the hosts who make it so exceptional and like nowhere else. We felt like family staying there, not tourists at all, they're very kind people. The food was amazing, everything locally grown. There are lots of activities to do around such as hiking to a waterfall, and the Yell Extreme Park is also closeby so we had the best time! Thank you so much

Very familiar atmosphere in fantastic surrounding. The view from the rooms is sensational. Ani and Moses do everything for their guests. Much better than all the luxurious places around Ijevan.

We were treated like a good family member will do. The relationship was so unformal, familiar and so spontanious that we even stayed until 02:00 to eat and to talk. I was very little when we left the country, and when they ask me what is Armenia I say that's my grandma. I relate the mening of fatjerland with her. But after staying here, I can say that Armenia is my grandma and Kanach Tun. You can say that staying at Kanach Tun it's to stay at yours favorite aunts house.
