Convenient location, cozy kitchen, living room, bedroom etc. Rosa is wonderful host. She makes a huge effort to make sure you feel welcomed and relax. She is happy to have a chat anytime and is great with communication to address any issues you may have.

Rosa was so very attentive and nice and helpful. The food was bountiful, you can make anything you like. The common living room was sooo comfortable too! Perfect location, and we got to catch northern lights from the balcony!

Rosa, our host, was a true delight. She looked after our needs beautifully. The kitchen was full of goodies, the home toasty warm, the lounge was perfect for relaxing, the location easy to walk to places or catch one of the reliable taxis. We throughly enjoyed hearing her stories of the past and the present Yellowknife, to sharing her own life journey. There was no request too big, she offered much help when hubby was sick. A very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Rosa is the loviest person and provides everything you would ever want for breakfast. Location is 2 blocks from downtown and an easy walk to nearby trails around lakes and Old Town. Would stay again when we return to yellowknife
