My stay at Spandaryan house was one of the best along my trip in Armenia. We booked 2 rooms. The appartement is fully equipped and even if the bathroom was shared with the other room we didn't have any issue. The kitchen has a lot of things and top for me, very silent at night. The owners are really kind, we had a issue with the car and he helped us a lot. Suggest this place 100%

“My favourite homestay in all of Armenia”

I’ve been traveling in Armenia for two months and this was my favourite place to stay. I booked a week in January. My room was clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable, there was a closet to put your clothes, and the WiFi was excellent. Yura and Ashqen live downstairs and the guest rooms are upstairs, with a shared kitchen and bathroom, though I was the only guest for most of the time. You have a key to lock your bedroom door. Ashqen can cook you meals if you want which are very tasty and filling. Dinner was generally a meat soup, or stuffed cabbage and dolma, with salad, cheese, pickled veg, fried potatoes and always Ashqen’s homemade red wine and Yura’s homemade vodka. Yura can also drive you places like Norovank Monastery or the medieval Jewish cemetery in Yeghegis for a fair price. I was also able to do a laundry which was very helpful. There is a mini-market just one minutes’ walk away to buy basic groceries, and there are supermarkets in town. Yura and Ashqen were always helpful, as well as their daughter who I messaged on WhatsApp. I thoroughly recommend Spandaryan House and I was sad to leave.

I stayed at this house for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The price was very reasonable, the room was clean, and the place was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. I also really appreciated having a market right in front of the house—it made everything very convenient. Highly recommended!

I spend 4 nights in the lovely Spandaryan House. I wanted to chill and to rest and I found the perfect place, I was feeling like at home, amazing sensation. The couple are really sweet and they take care of their guest. Yura is a taxi driver I can help you to see the amazing things of this region. I hope I will come back again Thanks you for everything

This is the best B&B you can get. The hosts are really kind and nice, always giving good advice and very helpful. The room is quiet and confortable as well so we had really good nights overthere. I could not recommend better for your stay ! The food is amazing on top of that !

“Amazing stay at light-hearted people”

To book an accomodation at Spandaryan House was best thing that could happed to us. The old kind couple treat us as their own. They were willing to help with everything, served us a scrumptious meals and welcomed us with hospitality. Additionally, they even take the car and showed us the Noravank, cave and bridge for very cheap prices. The room was cosy and very clean. If you're staying in Yeghegnadzor this accommodation should be number one on your bucket list.

The hosts are fantastic. Always with a smile, fantastic food, and no effort is too much. I never felt so at home as here!! We decided to stay 3 instead of 2 nights because we liked it so much. We were driven around to see everything in the area, and stayed there as long as we liked, and did stops at family and friends of the host where we were welcomed like only Armenians can. This was our absolute favorite stay in Armenia, it is not luxurious but so hospitable! 10/10 would come again

Yura and his wife are amazing hosts. The place was very clean and warm, which is very good in the colder months. Yura also took us around to see some great sites around the area and also dropped us and picked us up after completing a hike about 30 minutes away. We also had meals prepared for us by his wife and they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay!
