“Excellent Experience”

We didn’t expect this kind of experience at all – everything was beyond words! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home rather than a hotel. The room was not only very nice and spotless, but it also had such a warm and cozy feeling that made us instantly relax. The hostess was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure we felt comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. One of the best parts of our stay was the homemade breakfast – fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love. Every detail felt personal and heartfelt. It’s rare to find a place that combines charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly and we feel so lucky to have discovered it. “Great location, spotlessly clean hotel”

Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.

The hotel is located near the city center. If you drive, it is very convenient to enter and exit the hotel. The hotel manager is polite and gave us a warm greeting. Although the hotel is simple, the room is very clean. The hotel price is reasonable. It is suitable for short-term travelers to stay for one night. It is worth recommending

“Perfect place to stay”

When I arrived I didn't expect that much. But the owner (lady) showed up and made me feel welcome immediately. She is such a sweet person and really wants to help with everything. The room itself is big enough. Definitely clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower as well. I recommend this place 100%

“Ok for one night stay on your way through Armenia”

It’s located in perfect location on the crossroad going to Yerevan, Lake Sevan and Syunik. Perfect to sleep on your way through Armenia. Very friendly staff. Pretty clean

“Great place”

Very friendly and attentive host. The room was new and modern and had a great view to the mountains. We were also served an absolutely delicious apricot jam at breakfast!
