“The perfect apartment and location for our purposes, unfortunately marred by the water heater issue.”
The location was amazing in the centre of Yas Island. The views were spectacular of the city line, Yas Links golf course, lagoon, mangroves and the motor racing circuit. The patio outside even in May was cool enough to enjoy early in the morning

Awesome place for family and kids, and great location for the Yas Islands theme parks. Lovely views of the golf club and water view. Apartment is great and nearby amenities / grocery store is very convenient.
