Fabulous facilities, comfortable, clean and exceeded all expectations.

Everything about this stay was perfect. We booked the 2-bedroom cottage for our two families with young children. About a week before we arrived, I messaged the host with a few random questions, not expecting a prompt response, but Cathy replied almost immediately, and with the warmth and charm that I later learned was just part of her natural personality. Upon arrival, Cathy greeted us with a warm smile and welcomed us to her cottage. As soon as we walked in, we knew it was going to be a perfect 2-night stay. The decor was tasteful, the renovation thoughtfully done, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Being on a farm, we were amazed that the whole place was dust-free - yes, even the hard to reach trims, ledges, and GPOs. This place truly felt like a home one would want to own, with its warmth and lived-in feel. There wasn’t even a trace of that typical Airbnb smell. Cathy was also incredibly thoughtful, providing two extra beds for the little ones. It was even more considerate that we found children’s cutlery, cups, dining trays, and toys (oh so many toys!) for the kids. We really appreciated Cathy and Greg’s attention to detail. I almost forgot to mention the well-equipped cubby house in the shared area, which the girls immediately claimed it their home as soon as we arrived. Cathy, the official koala spotter, also took us on a short walk to spot the cutest koala nearby. The girls were ecstatic when they met Lottie, the resident fluffball, and I keep hearing, "Where’s Lottie now?" or "Pretend I'm Lottie, and you’re Cathy, and we’re going to find a koala." after we got home. Core memory. The cottage also has a lovely swimming pool with a BBQ area, which we plan to use when we return in the summer. How perfect would that be? All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay, thanks to all the lovely touches and behind-the-scenes efforts of Cathy and Greg.

Lovely large spacious unit, super clean, had everything we could need, bed was heaven! Cathy and Greg have thought of everything! Instructions to location were super clear. We got to see a koala, visited the cows, watched birds eating and had a dip in the hot tub.

Stunning location, beautiful bedroom with huge comfortable bed and stunning bedding. The outdoor hot tub was such a treat, also a lovely lounge area. A loaf of fresh baked bread was delivered which we had for breakfast with fruits, cereal and fresh coffee absolutely delicious. The location of this stunning accommodation is perfect with beautiful hills and views and only 10 minutes drive to a great pub.

We stayed in Vista 2 which was exceptionally clean. Even the window sills were dusted perfectly. The furnishings were wonderful and modern decor were so well put together. It had everything we needed. The freshly baked bread was the best! We couldn’t wait til the morning and had it when we arrived. Bread, butter, jam, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, milk was all provided. The towels provided were lovely and bedding was comfortable. Watching the sunset over the farm/vineyard was an added bonus. Even though there is a house, cottage and another apartment attached to Vista 2 on the property, it felt very private with tall hedges surrounding it and an uninterrupted view of the farm and mountains. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Will try them when we go back with the kids. Was a perfect stay to unwind as a couple. Thank you Cathy and Greg for sharing your piece of paradise.

What a stunning property! Totally hidden away but equally close to Warburton, wineries, cafes and supermarkets. The cottage is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and filled with board games, TV, private pool, tennis court to keep you entertained. With fresh bread and lots of extras included, and all the farm animals and puppy to pat we simply didn’t want to leave!

“Great weekend away”

We loved our stay at Langbrook Farm, it’s a beautiful property in the Yarra valley. We stayed in the house which was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable and we had breakfast provided for our 2 night stay. The pool area was beautiful, pity the weather was cold so we didn’t use it. They’ve just installed a new hot tub which we didn’t use either due to the stormy weather. Cathy and Greg were great hosts and recommended a few different places for meals and also took us on a tour of the property which was great. Looking forward to returning one day.

What a beautiful property in such a stunning setting! We stayed in Vista 1 which was gorgeous - every detail had been catered for and we were beyond comfortable.

Cathy and Greg start with the kindness and warmth that you would expect from family. Not only do they set the scene sharing everything you need to know about the region, they genuinely want you to have an enjoyable time. They have struck a gorgeous balance between attentiveness and allowing for space and solitude to reflect and enjoy the facilities and the surrounding countryside and views. Their kind and generous energy filters through every aspect of the stay, from the beautifully freshly baked bread on arrival to the clean and luxurious amenities such as the pool, spa, tennis 🎾 court and wonderfully equipped kitchen to the pool table 🎱 and the shelve filled with books, board games and swimming pool toys. They have tried to think of everything but again this is about kind sentiments and luxury that is not pretentious but is meant to facilitate a peaceful reset, which is precisely what this stay did for us. Nothing but gratitude 🙏🙏🙏

“Warm, welcoming, cosy, peaceful, fun and relaxing”

I have just returned from 3 nights at Langbrook. Cathy and Greg are such a warm, friendly and welcoming couple. I felt very taken care of during my stay. The accommodation was very clean, lovely decor and had everything we needed and more. Cathy is such a thoughtful and kind lady. You can tell she really cares for the nature she is surrounded by and the people she meets. She is very knowledgeable about the farm, local area and nearby activities. The pool was beautiful, tennis court was in great condition and there was a new hot tub too. The views are stunning and the sound of the birds in the morning was so good for my soul. I can not recommend Langbrook farm highly enough, if you get a chance and want a warm idyllic countryside getaway with stunning views, excellent facilities hosted by a family who really cares then look not further!
