Overview
The Chapter House Inn is located on historic Old King’s Highway in Yarmouth Port, MA which is centrally located in the heart of Cape Cod. It occupies a stately, 3-story property dating from the 17th century. This inn is located near year-round restaurants, theatre, golf courses, tennis courts, churches, antiques shops, and many historic points of interest. The Inn is convenient to both fresh and salt-water beaches. At the inn, you can explore Cape Cod's history, stroll Yarmouth Port's 60 acres of nature trails, bask in the sun or just relax on our porch or in our bar.

“Good value in Cape Cod .”
Nice room with tasteful decor, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Hotel itself is in a historic building, which has a charming and intimate feel to it.

“Grand Ma and Pa”
This is a 300 year old mansion. Jim has told a little of its history. The lounges inside main building are very well and uniquely furnished. Jim was more than excellent in assisting and guiding me around Cape Cod

“Better value for money to be found elsewhere....”
The location of Chapter House was great; we had a rental car and as Yarmouth is situated in the middle of the Cape, we were in close proximity of our chosen destinations to visit. When we encountered a leak in our room ceiling, we were promptly given another room, which was more spacious. The cleaning was immaculate.

“Pretty house for a relaxing stay.”
Beautiful interesting character home. Really enjoyed hearing a little history of the house on arrival. Super outdoor area and lawned area to relax. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
