Welcome to NovaStar Motel On The Lake, where you enjoy a stay with incredible lake view on Lake Milo in one of our renovated rooms. The Cat Ferry to Maine (USA) is only an 8 minute drive away and restaurants, as well as shopping only 5 minutes. We offer free parking and free WiFi to our guests. A continental breakfast is included in your rate. All of our rooms provide cable TV, a microwave and fridge. Other rooms come with full kitchenette. Our motel is pet friendly and we are excited to welcome you soon.

The size of the room. Good towels. Decent tv but limited channels and a decent microwave. When the bathroom sink wouldn't work a local repairman came to fix it so it would drain.

We didn’t stay in our room and opted to find another location. The room was dirty the bed was broken floor tiles broken to the point I would not take my shoes off. No AC, 2 small windows that opened. Was more willing to loose money then stay.

“Great location and good for the price”
The location on the lake was awesome, lovely view. We found the bed really comfortable. We stay at a lot of cheaper priced, budget motels and never have hugh hopes for a super comfortable bed. This was wonderful. We didn't find there to be enough pillows (one per person but very thin) so we asked for more. They gave us 2 more, no questions asked, which we appreciated

It was located conveniently a couple minutes from downtown. The person on duty (owner?) Greeted me and showed me the room. Breakfast was included. It had an amazing view of the lake and sunset.
