“Amazing room with an incredible view”
The view from the room was incredible. Very good dining. The spa with good saunas and pools. Big spacious gym which is open until late. Friendly stuff!

“Great room ,excellent spa and great food.”
It was high on heigene. Great Service from Spa reception and hotel reception. Especially from one lady who works at the Spa reception Tatiana. She was very helpful with everything.Very friendly staff. I have known her from my previous visits to the hotel she іs always very professional.

“Great hotel.”
A wonderful new hotel in a picturesque location with a large spa. Attentive staff, ample parking, large and quiet room. We got the room two hours before check-in time. The hotel and spa area were clean. Good internet everywhere. Good and varied food.

“Excellent relaxing vacation”
Beautiful hotel with amazing spa. Even when the hotel is full, spa does not feel overcrowded. Excellent large pool outside, beach bar and jacuzzi. Food was great, a lot of fruit for breakfast and dinner.

“It was excellent family vacation.”
Very good facilities in the room and lobby. We can play chess, table tennis and go to the pool during the whole day. The staff is friendly and can arrange lots of questions during the stay. Good nature around the hotel and there is yoga classes with wonderful view on the mountains.

Safe is nominal, it’s free to move, not fixed at all. Sauna wasn’t working at 18:20, but should be working till 19:00. Shower in sauna area was not working. In the morning there was no hot water in room. Was fixed after above 2 hours. Dirty kitchen and bar area. Plates smells. In one of 3 coffee machines coffee was terribly bitter. Definitely morva “premium” spa resort is one of the worst ways to spend your money. When checking out administrator asked to wait another 5 minutes in the hall before they check the room, putting in attention the fact that they have already had my passport data and phone. Have a video proof of everything described. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
