“It was a lovely place to take a break in the mountains.”
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful: even though my Ukrainian wasn’t so good, they worked hard to understand me and make sure I understood them, especially Ivanna. The room was very clean, and I liked the spacious balcony, comfortable bed, and heated floor. The design was so cozy but also high quality. They even brought breakfast to my room. It was so lovely to eat on the balcony and look out at the mountains. I appreciated that every aspect was as advertised.
