It was outside Yangshuo but within walking distance so out of the hustle and bustle of the town. There is also a free shuttle bus to town and you can call for it to come and collect you

“Exceptional stay!”

We are a group of friends who stayed four nights here. We really felt at home in this cozy place. Rooms are good sizes, clean and beds are comfy. Most of all all staff are warm and friendly. We interacted more with Vivien who organised and took us out on sidecar countryside tour. She was always smiling and willing to assist in whatever help needed. We like the convenience of being able to book the shuttle van whenever we wish to go to Weststreet or back from there. Its only 5 mins drive away. Special kudos to the in house chef who gave us yummy western meals. His pizza was the best we ever had!

“A wonderful stay!”

The staff all speak English, very helpful and friendly - thank you to all the staff! The rooms were clean and massive with a beautiful bath! The hotel was not busy as it was shoulder season. They had a kind driver with a van or an e-bike to take me in and out of the West Lake whenever I needed a lift. They can help you with any bookings and all reasonably priced, even your own private driver and car! I could book a massage to come to the room, which was so good. I noticed people don't drink coffee as much here, and the room comes with instant cofffee, the 3 in 1 kind, no good if you don't have milk or sugar!, but I discovered they made a delicious fresh brew at their rooftop cafe and a decent western style sandwiches which I ordered for my train ride back to Guangzhou. The view was lovely from the Cafe! It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk into West Lake Centre, but it was a beautiful, relaxing, and awesome walk! Love Yangshuo ❤️

Nice hotel with super nice and helpful staff. It’s a bit outside of town but for us that was a good thing as Yangshuo can get a bit crowded. Still easy to walk into town. There’s a pool, a small fitness area, free rental bikes and more. Breakfast was tasty.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything was in the theme of bamboo. A big balcony with the room and the reception area was nice for photography.

“Fantastic hotel, amazing stay!”

We loved our stay at the Bamboo Leaf hotel. Our family stayed in the signature suite and the family signature suite. Both rooms were lovely, had an amazing view from our balconies, and were very clean. All the staff (at reception and also in the restaurant) were helpful, friendly and accommodating to our requests. They helped organise some private day tours for us, and we also used the free shuttle service to/from town which was great. We were able to order a breakfast set each morning (so many choices and food was great!), had a calligraphy lesson, and swam in the beautiful pool each afternoon (we had hot weather in mid October when we visited). Perfect hotel for couples and families.

People with hearts of gold! My mum suffered a life threatening condition while we visited, they saved her life. Nice location and view , easy pleasant walk into town or shuttle organised by the hotel. Bicycles free to take out for a ride. Don’t miss the sporty, healthy atmosphere by the river in the morning, the locals will definitely inspire you! Try the local noodles for breakfast, I definitely loved them. Several Western options available as well. Very nice choice of food for lunch and dinner, long opening hours for the roof-top restaurant.

“Peace, comfort, western food and a swimming pool”

The room and the whole hotel was elegant and beautiful. The swimming pool was a good size. The restaurant was great and served very good Western style food, which was a welcome change for us Australians. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful in booking tours and shows. We went on a great e-scooter tour alng the river from here. The location was a bit out of town, which was great for us to be away from the noise and crowds, and the hotel staff were happy to drive us into town and pick us up. We had a lovely outlook from our room, although it was not in the most picturesque part of Yangshuo. This is a very peaceful and comfortable hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The stuff we very friendly and helpful. The family room was great. We eat dinner and breakfast and everything was good and delicious.
