Before we even got there the staff were amazing at emailing back answers to my questions. Linda and the ever so friendly, homely team were fantastic. Had we not already booked tickets and been on a time constraint, we definitely would have stayed longer. The rooms (309 and 309a).... wow!!!!!! Just wow. We (myself and 2 daughters) had an interconnecting room that overlooked the front of the property and it's such a wonderful view from the spacious balcony. I had a medical problem and once again the help from the team to guide me on where to go was very reassuring. I thoroughly recommend the tea course with Linda. I'm from the UK and usually have 2 Yorkshire tea bags (left in the mug) with sugar and a tad of milk. Nice n strong. Boy did I learn loads about all the different teas and how they can all be made differently. I think they may just have converted me. We had the opportunity to dress up and also buy a traditional tea set for my eldest daughter to act as tea master. Please, please even if just for one night, stay here. I could see this as a perfect location for a spa retreat, nice n secluded but not too far from the mania of West Street. This is a totally unpaid and unbiased review but if you do want to pay me....send me back there ;-)

Very clean. English speak personal. Helpfull with every little thing. Prepare plan and book everyticket for us and organize all attractions. Went with us to every attraction entrance and provide bycicles with deliveries and pick up just in our decided random places. Thank you.

“Great room, super pool, fantastic food, warm hospitality”

The hotel is much nicer than on the photos. The pool is just perfect, plus you have billiard table and table tennis. You can also rent scooter or get bikes. The breakfast is super, plus the restaurant is open all day with amazing food. William, the owner speaks English and he helps you with anything you need. He even took us to the railway station an hour away. Thanks William for your warm hispotality!

Very nice family stay in quite and very pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean and tidy, food very delicious and there is a swimming pool for relaxing afternoon. Hotel staff are very polite and ready for any help, surarounding is beatiful specially sunset place that is 10min by walk, in the same time you can enjoy with cup of coffee or tea. Beside riding bike or e-bike hotel can provide cooking classes that we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended for family traveling.

“Our stay at Snow Lion Mountain resort”

We loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Very friendly staff, serene space and always the possibility to make us a meal and help us. We loved the swimming pool and the kids enjoyed pooling and table tennis. We used their bikes and two of us went out with the scooter. We had a great spacious room with a nice balcony. It was only 40 meters to the Li river where we enjoyed the light show from that point of view. It's a quiet place with not much traffic around and a nice mountain to climb. By the way we were very happy that the hotel offered to pick us up from Yangshuo train station and bring us back there. It was a great ride and it saved us a lot of hassle. “Wonderfull”

We had a very relaxed stay. Free bike rental. Nice food in the restaurant. Very helpfull staf, especially lady Hanna helped us a lot To do tours and she had good recommendations what to do. The kids did a dumpling workshop with her (free). Thank you for this beautiful experience and we really want to visit Yangshuo again.

A wonderful place to stay in Yangshuo. The people there were really nice and the location is a bit far from the downtown but in a quiet and beautiful spot. The view from the river nearby is magnificent. The pool was another great way to spend our time there, so good after a day moving around the city.
