Only steps from Xingping Bus Terminal, Hi Grey Hostel offers accommodation centrally located in Xingping Ancient Town, 50 metres from the main old street and 150 metres from Xingping Bus Station. Beautiful views of the mountain can be enjoyed on site and free WiFi is accessible throughout the entire property. Local vegetable market and the ticket office of Lijiang Bamboo Rafting is 250 metres away. Xingping Hi Grey Hostel is housed 2 km from the well-known observatory platform of 20 CNY bill background picture and a 40-minute drive from Yangshuo West Street. Yangshuo High Speed Railway Station is 15 minutes' drive away while Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is about 2 hours' car journey away. Both private rooms and beds in dormitories are available here. All units are fitted with air conditioning, an electric kettle and an en suite bathroom with shower and slippers. A hairdryer and free toiletries are also provided. At Hi Grey Hostel you will find a front desk offering luggage storage service, bike rental and motor bike rental. The front desk opens from 07:00 until 23:00. Staff here are glad to help with trip arrangements. Alcohol and coffee are available at the bar upon request.

It's really good hostel, in quiet street but very close to all attractions. Staff is nice and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Free water, cute, beautiful, cat😍

“Lovely stay in Xingping”
Even though we only stayed 1 night before continuing to Yangshuo we absolutely loved our stay at Hi Grey Hostel. What stood out to us most was the super friendly owner who didn’t speak English but was always smiling and eager to help. Apparently I had accidentally booked 2 male dorm beds even though we were 1 male one female. the girls dorm was full so the owner upgraded us to a double room. Everything is clean and comfortable and the location is central. We’d come back for sure!

“Don’t come for the ‘Ancient’ town; come for the hikes”
AMAP LOCATION: Yangshuo 30 Duhui Youth Hostel (Xingping Ancient Town Shop) It is very close to xingping ancient town! i would recommend skipping the ancient town all together though, cus its not ‘ancient’ it’s just a white washed tourist street full of cheap souvenir shops! please don’t come for that! on the other hand the hostel is great if you want to be close to local hikes like i did a sunrise hike on Lhao Zhai Mountain. The hostel has a wall of info informing guests of local hikes which is super helpful. they host a dinner on most nights with local cuisine: beer fish. The communal area is great for meeting other guests and I really enjoyed my time with the guests. The staff were so helpful and friendly 🫶🏻🫶🏻 one of the members went into town searching for a suitcase replacement with me. THE CAT IS SO CUTE I LOVED IT Bedding was comfy and super comfortable stay overall! I recommend future guests to take a trip across the water to Fishing Village Wharf (5 Yuan) and visit the beautiful farm-style cafe: Goudan Farm Coffee Xiangye Kitchen

Best location if you're coming from Guilin City by train . Upon arrival at Yangshuo Railway Station . Upon exit take the Bus ( 5 yuan) going to Xiping bus station..The hostel is just a 2 minutes walk.The hostel is at the back of the main road.So very quiet.Many Restaurants nearby and just a minute walk at the main road.The owner doesn't speak much English but He is always smiling..All the information is posted on the wall .The best hike is to go to Laozhai Hill. The main entrance is near the ferry and boat tours in Li River and about 550 meters from the hostel.20-30 minutes hike to the highest View point. The bamboo boats are across the bridge near Xiping Ancient city . The room and bathroom is clean.bed is comfy. There's a filtered water to drink.

Very good location and has nice people. I can easily go to different places at Xingping. The services in the hostel are also good. I join RMB130(including all the ticket and travel fees) sunrise trip to Xianggong Mountain(相公山). The driver is a very nice young gentleman. He picked us up at around 5:30 am and bring us back to Xingping before 9 am. I recommend you all join it.
