“Bad receptionist Omar”
The receptionist Omar cancelled the reservation claiming that no one showed in the property and forced us to pay more cash to get the room.

“quite, conveinient location”
It would have been better if hotel management could maintain cleanliness and facility. From last time I stayed, I see dropping performance in term of maintaining the facility and cleanliness.
