“Exceeded my expectations by a huge amount.”
The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, and they upgraded my room to the sea view one for free. The room was extremely nice, and all the amenities were provided, and were of high quality. Very clean and neat room and bathroom. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. They also let me check in late, and check out 3 hours past check out time. Excellent and very accommodating staff. Will definitely stay again, and will recommend to my friends and family who are traveling to Yanbu.
