“Careless and extremely poor.”
No reception staff upon arrival and we were the only guests in-house. We wanted to eat and no food and beverages services were available! No service provided at any moment. I paid for the night and immediately left the property as nobody even bothered to ask why we were leaving. We moved to another hotel

“Beutiful pleace turned into something very dissapointing”
I can say that it is pitty to have such an amazing place on great place and not to take care about it. We love the place and it needs maintanance. Swimming pool was great but there was some pigeon nest behind the window in the bathroom.... It was disgusting. We had to ask for towels and so on.... Rooms are spacious. There was terrible noise at night. Probably from cats but sounded like somebody is murdering someone....

The location beachfront is superb! Omar Ali provide us better room once he realize we do not really like the 1st choice. Amazing touch from the team there. There is swimming pool.. playground for the kids. They have also boat rides if need with extra charges ofcourse. Overall is great and we enjoy our stay there.

The area is near to the Bahar and diving center. Hasan is very accomodating and friendly. He help us eveb after he finishes work.
