everything about this booking was a complete pleasure to experience. The Hosts, Marty & Karen provided us with a clean and well provisioned room as well as a great breakfast each day. Their local knowledge of things to do in the Prom was appreciated and very accurate. They also hosted a dinner for us on one of our 3 night stays. I highly recommend this property if you are seeking home comforts, a great location just outside the National Park and a reasonably priced stay with fantastic hosts

The stay at Marty and Karen’s place was the highlight of our road trip. Their passion and commitment how they run their B & B in combination with their empathy and the good food is unique. Breakfast was tasty and well presented; the hot food was beautifully cooked; the fresh fruit and trimmings were of good quality. The host's dining area for breakfast allowed for excellent views of their lovely garden and beyond. The hosts sat with us (and the other couple staying there) at breakfast which meant there was useful time to learn about Wilson's Promontory and about life in the region. This was a special feature of staying at this very homely, but well run, B&B. Our bedroom was most comfortable and suitably private and quiet; the bathroom and shower were fine. The hosts entertained us on our first evening (of two) with dinner & wine (booked in advance at an additional charge). The food was excellent and the pre-dinner drinks a great ice-breaker. The other couple staying at the property were also at dinner and this added to the positive social climate and conversation. The food at dinner was excellent, including a first class pavlova for dessert! We learnt so much about life adjacent to Wilson's Prom! We were able to have a proper walk around the hosts' lovely garden on our last morning and appreciate their unique rural setting and their self-sufficient practices (chickens etc).

Everything about our stay here was exceptional and it would not be too much to say Olivi was one of the best holidays we have ever had. I am including some of the best hotels we have ever stayed in too! Right from the very start with the warm welcome we received from Karen this was exceptional. We elected to take advantage of the evening meal on the first night while we found our bearings regarding dining out. This was so exceptional we decided to dine here all three nights in the end and frankly if you are reading this prior to going do likewise, you will not be disappointed. Our hosts were generous with not only exceptional food but with their time too and the evening get together with them and the other guests were so enjoyable. We had advice in the mornings over a delicious breakfast on where to go in the park and the whole experience was simply amazing. We could not have asked for more. We would so love to return here again one day.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed - by the hosts (and their lovely dog, Martha) and Karen & Martin were attentive and helpful with suggestions for activities in the area. The breakfast was superb, and we also decided to have dinner there one night and again, a lovely setting and delicious food. The hosts are knowledgeable about the area and ensure you are comfortable while there. A great place to stay.

The breakfast and dinner provided were incredible, Karen and Marty were impeccable hosts who gave us great recommendations for what to do each day and were lovely to chat to. Our room was really comfortable with everything we could have needed, hopefully we can return again and will be recommending here to everyone we know!

Beautiful location by the Prom, homely feel, warm and accommodating. Room was perfectly clean and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is wonderfully thought out, using the best of all the produce grown by the hosts, dinner was also brilliant and a great opportunity to get to know Karen and Marty. Would highly recommend to those who want to stay somewhere with a loving touch.

We spent 3 lovely nights here and really didn’t want to leave. The hosts are amazing - warm, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, and the location is perfect - peaceful, beautiful, and close to all the prom. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Lovely property near the entrance to the Prom. Very authentic and felt like home. The hosts were exceptional.

The room was so comfortable and well-appointed. The owners were so welcoming. Karen is a great cook and Marty’s gin was delightful. It’s a great location if you want to visit Wilson’s promontory in comfort. A little plus was the wonderful linen bedding - I never knew how comfortable linen bedding was!
