We opted for the half board. The multi course dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet spread was also very good. The hotel also offered free supper which was a bonus. The charming hotel is also 5 minute walk from the town center. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous

The food at the hotel is delicious and there is a cruise location on the ground floor. Plenty of parking at the hotel and is centrally located to explore the main tourist attractions at Yanagawa

“Relaxing stay”
Relaxing stay. Friendly and helpful staff, went beyond to help us to call a strawberry farm and made reservation. Dinner and breakfast is nice.

We enjoyed the spacious room on arrival and choosing our yukata. It was nice we could book the private onsen for 50 minutes (cost was 2000 JPY). The breakfast buffet was very tasty. They asked us for preferred timeslot at check-in. I had booked for the river cruise in front of the hotel seperately and was positively surprised that I could receive a discount as I paid for it together with other hotel charges. Easy to park.

“A relaxing stay at Yanagawa”
A good small hotel located close to the famous Yanagawa river cruise services and major restaurants. Our stay was very relaxing though the interior of the hotel was quite dated and requires renovation. Services provided by the staffs were excellent as you would expect from Japanese hospitality.

We loved Yanagawa. Beautiful place. And, the stay at Kamenoi Yanagawa was absolutely fantastic. One shouldn't miss the boat trip and nice walks along the river. We were also lucky to participate in the Sagemon Meguri. Thanks to the friendly and helpful team.
