“Not many choices in Yanagawa, this hotel is quite nice.”
The window allow sunlight flow into the room, which is good to me. And i enjoy the view of Yanagawa city and river. The location is quite good, 5 min walk from the JR station. And i like the washroom setting of my room, separating the toilet and sink from the shower room.

“Disappointing, dark and dingy!”
Our room had two tiny windows near the ceiling. It felt like a prison cell! Terrible beds and bedding. It was just not a pleasant stay. Not recommended!

Not much English spoken but kind personal. Room was clean. Hotel is located near main station and punting boats centers; restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby.

“Service to be improved”
The manager who welcomed us was cold. We've asked two rooms double bed and two single but had got two double bed. When we wanted to ask if it was possible to change he just said No by getting angry.

“Good choice in Yanagawa”
Nice staffs and clean room. Have bath in the toilet. Good location in Yanagawa. Close to the Nishitetsu stop. Restaurants nearby. Very convenient!

A two minute walk to the starting point for canal tours. This location made for an easy overnight stop with a day in Yanagawa.
