Overview
Located on the banks of the Clarence River, Moby Dick Waterfront Resort Motel offers waterfront accommodation with fully self-contained kitchenette facilities and private balconies. Free cable TV and free Wi-Fi access are included. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa pool, guest laundry and BBQ facilities with seating area. The motel’s private jetty is ideal for fishing and fishing equipment can be provided. Moby Dick Waterfront Resort Motel is a 5-minute drive from Yamba town centre with a range of restaurants. Yamba is located in the Clarence Valley, one of Australia’s biggest seafood harvesting districts. All rooms are air-conditioned, and each has a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, toaster and a private bathroom. Some rooms also include a spa bath. Private jetty - private jetty is closed for use temporarily. Fishing can still be done from riverbank however access to jetty is not possible.

“A very enjoyable stay”
We had had a very busy trip, travelling in North Island New Zealand and in Australia, driving from Sydney - Yamba was our last stop before reaching Brisbane. We only had 2 nights there, but Moby Dick Waterfront Motel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, we had a beautiful view out to the Clarence River - my husband enjoyed taking photos of the resident pelicans. The location was good, on the main road into Yamba town centre, but our room was quiet. We ate out one night and bought salad and prawns at the Coles the other night - the kitchen was much appreciated. (We got rid of the prawn shells right away! ;0) ) The room and the property in general were very clean and well kept. I believe it's under relatively new management and they are doing a great job! Wish we could have stayed longer.
