Great location. Our hosts were the most beautiful people helpful in many ways. Futons were comfy as were the pillows. Private onsen was an extra bonus.

The accommodation is located in a cozy town where you can experience an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The hosts are very kind and attentive—they prepared a traditional breakfast box. Guests can also use the onsen in the house and receive a key that allows access to other local onsens.

The couple were so welcoming and lovely, picked us up from the station, took us to the snow monkeys and dropped us back at the station after checking out. The hotel is lovely with a great private onsen outside and a very spacious and comfortable room.

Amazing stay, you have an access to a private onsen in the middle of the village. The hosts are really accommodating and kind, giving you shuffle service to/from the station and the monkey park. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Very convenient location and hospitable hosts! We really appreciated how they met us and took us back to the ryokan at the station and to the snow monkeys. Thank you so much! The room was warm, and there was a heater, so it was comfortable to sleep in. The hotel's onsen is better than the nine public onsens.

Everything :) Perfect location (in front of onsen n.3), free parking, the ryokan per se is an amazing experience and the staff is very very kind.

Very friendly and helpful owners, picked me up from the station also taking me to monkey forest. Extremely awesome price/quality ratio. I also took Japanese breakfast and bought towel for onsens in the hotel so they have all needs covered. Would love to stay longer! :)

The room was really spacious and the town is super cute. The owners of the ryokan are very nice and helpful, the owner took me to the monkey mountain by car and even dropped and picked me up from the train station. They are really nice and speak great English.

The owners were very nice, the shuttle service was great and we loved the Ryokan, it was very cozy. We ordered breakfast, and they could accomodate my request for a vegetarian meal. It was delicious and a lot of food! There were a lot of food options nearby, and the snow monkey park was just 10 minutes by shuttle. It was also very quiet, we didn't have any disturbance from other guests, which was very nice.

Clean, spacious, and the owner drove us to and from train station and the monkey park and also to dinner by the train station.
