Yoshi and Seongmi were very nice hosts and the accommodation has good location and the traditional vibe. Room was clean and spacious enough.

The owners - a couple, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The minute we entered the hotel, the owners sat us down explaining all the facilities, local restaurants, activities and even suggested we hire a car, which was an incredibly helpful suggestion (allowed us to explore parts of Nagano we simply could not with the available public transport) and pointed to the rental business. We ended up paying less the £25 for 12 hours with the best possible insurance. This allowed us to visit the Nojiri lake and togakushi shrine, witnessing snow in spring.

Yoshi & Seongmi were amazing hosts. The household had an amazing vibe and I enjoyed meeting the passing interactions with the other guests who came for the snow. Was a wonderful experience. The house had plenty of character showing off its history with a small store in the front lobby.

This accommodation was so lovely, great location and well designed. Yoshi and Seongmi were so friendly and helpful and really helped me get the most from my stay.

Its our second time staying here. Its an awesome place with an awesome team looking after this property. They are very nice, friendly and above all helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable indeed, clean and well looked after, breakfast is plenty for a day on the slopes. I am looking forward to returning next year!!! Thanks very much

Amazing place to stay, with beautiful rooms. Well thought out spaces for traveling to ski. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and are full of great information.

Of all the places we stayed during out three week Japan trip, this was my favourite by far. I loved everything about it. From the fresh local produce for breakfast to the beautiful, comfy rooms. Highly recommend staying here 😁

Amazing hosts - very polite, sociable, always welcoming and fully involved in making your stay as comfortable and interesting as possible! We've got a lot of useful advice especially regarding our further visit to Tokyo and shopping there! GoHemp is great! :) Great hotel location - everything is in 5min walk distance - shops, combini, train station, tasty restaurants! Everything was excellent - the room, the check-in process, all the facilities. We will absolutely stay at this place more and more times during our next visits.

Everything was perfect!! AIBIYA itself is beautiful - incredibly clean too, decorated in a cosy and tasteful way, we just felt so relaxed. Plenty of bathrooms, each room really comfortable, bed was huge and we slept really well. The owners, Seongmi and Yoshi, made our stay so memorable. The positive energy and recommendations gave us the best days!

Everything! Aibiya guesthouse was the break in the mountains I needed after travelling around for a few weeks. The house, the amenities, the breakfast, Yoshi and Seongmi are the sweetest people and always there to help you or give you advices.

Such a great place to stay! Yoshi and Seongmi were so friendly and helpful, especially helping us organise passes for the onsens and giving dinner recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shared bathroom/showers were always clean and available when we needed them. Also really close to the station and a quick journey to the snow monkey park!
