“The perfect getaway!”
Wow, we absolutely loved this hotel! It was a real surprise. We were the only foreigners, and the chef agreed to make us vegetarian meals - which significantly upgraded our stay, while other hotels immediately refused... The entire staff was lovely without exception, the room was spacious and cozy, there were amazing views from everywhere, and an excellent onsen. We also enjoyed the massage chair area, the wine dispenser, and the postcard service. It was simply wonderful to stroll around the fruit park and explore the Kofu area by car... Highly recommended!"

“One of the best hotels I've been to in my life”
The most thoughtful and kind staff we've met in Japan yet. The room had the most comfy beds and high quality, eco friendly amenities, and a amazing view of Yamanashi and Mount Fuji. The hotel is very charming and has an ample public bath with many shower heads and the best massage machine I've ever used (¥100 each 5 min). If you plan to visit the nearby Hottarakashi onsen, the staff will kindly lend you towels and schedule a taxi (it cost around ¥3000 the round trip). My husband and I stayed for only one night, but we wish we'd stayed at least 3 nights to enjoy more of Fruits Park. Will definitely come back!!

Staffs especially the young laday is very helpful and friendly. The morning view of Fuji mountain from our room window is stunning. Also the room is quiet just about 10 minutes by taxi from the station.

Each room has a view of the Kofu Basin, Mt fuji. Mesmerising view of the city after sundown, made me sit there and gaze upon the landscape. Truly one of the top 3 "new" views of Japan. Onsen has a good view of Mt Fuji, reccomended to go during sunrise or sundown to gaze upon the city. Should have booked with meals as there are minimal places open early in the morning. Free coffee is avaliable in the morning at the front terrace of the hotel, which you could sit and gaze upon the city and sunrise.

“A fabulous stay for our 31st anniversary with special views and staff”
We had a wonderful night in Yamanashi prefecture. We booked the hotel as it was our anniversary and we were visiting some vineyards in the area. Being from the UK we did not know what to expect and the view from the hotel terrace of Mount Fuji blew us away. The amazing staff, who were just the most friendly of our 3 week trip, showed us to our room and we had been upgraded to a suite. It was by far the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in and absolutely huge for a Japanese hotel. The best part was that we got a perfect view of Mount Fuji from our bedroom. A spectacular treat. We ate in the hotel and had a set Japanese meal which was delicious. We practiced our Japanese as all the staff spoke little to no English, but they tried so hard to help us and were amazing. The next morning we had a nice breakfast while watching a film crew make a movie on the terrace. An added bonus. We wished we could have stayed longer and our amazing reception lady even helped us to our car with our massive suitcases. The stay really exemplified Japanese warmth and hospitality. I wish I had taken names so I could mention them personally. We were made to feel so special and it was explained to us that not many British tourists visit them and the region. I can tell you that everyone should explore beyond the main cities, as the wine is great, the countryside splendid and the Fuji views (if you're lucky like we were and got a sunny day) were breathtaking. A true highlight of our trip. Thank you everyone.

The staff were amazing! Kind and happy to help with everything. My daughter is vegan and they happily accommodated that. The property itself was oldish but really clean. It is quite remote but we had the most amazing views of Mount Fuji. The directions on how to get there on the website were accurate. We would stay again.
