“Very happy about our stay!”
About 5 mins walk to the Yamagata Train and Bus Station, which have variety of restaurants; 2 mins walk to 7 Eleven. There is free drink and ice cream from mid day till mid night, free beef soba noodle at 8pm for hotel guests. In house laundry (both wash and dry) facilities are available with good price. Beds are in good size, massage chair provides extra comfort. Overall is great!

Close to the train station, clean and comfortable with a large room and good dining room facilities for use all day. Free noodles from eight till 10 pm and free drinks and ice cream from midday.

The hotel is gorgeous, they have an ICE-CREAM machine *screaming*! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, in the hotel and those helping with the parking- very lovely. But the rooms are filthy filthy, from the bathroom to the bedroom, it’s just so dirty and uncomfortable. Please clean the rooms, if it wasn’t for that, this would’ve been a 10/10 experience because even the location of the hotel is A1.

The place is near to yamagata station and lots of convinece store there. Also the lounge at 2nd floor provide free coffee, tea and ice cream for the whole day.That was superb.😍😍

The hotel provides free coffee, soft drinks and ice cream every day. Large room with clean environment. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the Yamagata JR station.

The room and bathroom size was good and the beds were comfortable. The lounge area was nice with the free drinks in the afternoon. We had enough place for the luggage at the entry area. Everything was clean except behind the curtains.
