Comfortable room, all the necessary and helpful little things eg charger adaptors in the room. Efficient parking storage. Very central location. Seven Eleven downstairs.

“Alright option for a short stay in Yamagata as a hub, but probably wouldn't stay here again”
The hotel itself was fine, but the staff were a fair bit less friendly than almost all other hotels I stayed at in Japan and elsewhere. They seemed a bit stingy, but I guess it's a 3-star hotel. Only one towel a day, and when I asked for an extra bottle of water on checkout, they said no, sorry, just one bottle per person a day. The beef restaurant on the ground level and the 7-eleven are handy, and it's a short enough walk from the train station.

“The room was good but the stay lacked the hospitality of the Richmond hotel where we usually stay.”
The breakfast was ok and substantial but not as good as at the Richmond Hotel. I like the choice of amenities like bath salts and toothbrushes. The room was quite big.

“Pleasant stay in this hotel.”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room is clean and comfortable and size is reasonably good for us. Location is a short walk from the train station. The hotel looks new and the bed is comfortable, They do provide drinking bottle water and toileries for travellers.

Loved this hotel, parking and cleaniness were great. It was very comfortable and larger than average rooms. 30 mins to zao onsen for snow. Nothing negative to say.
