“Comfortable stay but pricey for a business hotel”
Clean, comfortable, close to JR station, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Although the Japanese food changed slightly everyday, the western food stayed the same.

“Very comfortable 2-night stay”
The location of the hotel is near Yamagata Station and the bus terminal. There were also a lot of attractions to visit within the Yamagata Station area. The staff were also kind and polite. The included breakfast is good and complete to start the day. The room is spacious enough and has complete toiletries that I need (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). Overall, I would choose this place again if I visit Yamagata City again.

Everything! Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Very clean. Good range at breakfast. Room a good size. Proximity to station and shops was very good. My daughter lives in Yamagata and staff were accommodating to allowing her to spend time in my room during the day.

The location is good, just a short walk from Yamagata Station. The room is small but just nice for two persons. The bed is comfortable abd we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The location next to the station and near all the restaurants was amazing, especially in the snow. The staff were really friendly, helpful ( they booked a restaurant at very short notice) and kind. Breakfast was very good
