“Everything you need is the the room in APA hotels. Toiletries and amenities. Very comfortable budget hotel.”
Exactly as I would expect, clean, tidy, staff friendly. Still can't get used to the pillows budget Japanese hotels provide so I pack a little one. Apart from this the room is very comfortable. A cooked breakfast is not offered at this APA but muffins, toast and coffee provided in the foyer in the morning. Convenience stores close by if you wanted a cooked breakfast.

It was very near to station and there were bus stops just 100-200 m away. Very good location. Facilities were good too.

“The place is good if you want to find a place to stay near Yamagata St that isn't too expensive.”
I found the place quite near to Yamagata St. The room it self is nice for the price.

“Can be better.”
There is breakfast provided, just bread and coffee but enough to start eh day energized. Near the station enough to walk. Can leave baggage even before checkin
