I had a short stay at MySmart Hotel in Yalova, but it left me with truly pleasant memories. Despite the rainy and gloomy weather, the staff managed to create a warm and sunny atmosphere throughout my visit. They kindly offered me early check-in when I arrived tired after a long flight, and even arranged an early breakfast the next morning since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. They also helped me call a taxi. While the hotel itself may not be the most impressive at first glance, the service and the staff are absolutely outstanding — and that's what really matters. People come to people, and this team made me feel genuinely cared for. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

We enjoyed the apartment so close to everything. I will recommend the facilities. The breakfast however was all eaten up and no replacement or top-up available one hour into Breakfast.Breakfast was not enough for amount of guests.

“It was just what i needed for my 5-day stay. Convenient for business trips and tourism.”
Amir from the hotel contacted me before I even arrived and helped me reach the hotel with ease. This was very helpful, and he even spoke fluent Arabic which made me feel right at home. The location is superb, right in the middle of the Merkez and I was visiting a real estate building for business in the vicinity of the hotel. In addition, it is close to the bus stations and the ferry so it is very easy to move around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and it is not that crowded. The staff are very friendly. Nur, who speaks English fluently was very welcoming and helpful. I liked strolling around by the seashore as well.
