“got discriminated against for wearing modest swimwear, the staff lied and misbehaved with us.”
we weren’t allowed to use the indoor pool ( as we were wearing modest swimwear, they said we can only enter in a bikini or one piece) by this one lady working in the indoor pool with no manners at all. but the reception staff allowed us so we went to use the outdoor pool, the lady from the indoor pool came there, forcefully took us out of the pool and misbehaved in front of other guests. At this point, we were ready to take a refund and go back home, the reception staff complied that time and agreed to it. We started packing to go back home and there! Reception staff starts their new drama as they don’t want to refund us, they lie to us, blame us and what not! the hotel manager was the one who was denying the refund. We left for home after such a bitter stay. For two weeks I had been after booking.com and in contact with the Hilton head quarters, where the manager and staff went on with more lying about our stay just to keep the money, after two weeks finally and loads of complaints we got the refund, if i had an option i would give this hotel a 0/10. do not recommend it to anyone.

Rooms, breakfasts, staff at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

Booking .com they include price of dinner but at site it was no choice and only what they will offer have to eat. you should not include dinner or you have to clarify it what we will get
