“Terrible!”

Probably one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had from both booking.com and the hotel. We were assured before we arrived that we had beach and pool access only to arrive and be told we needed to pay an additional £1200 on top of what we had already paid. I emailed and called booking.com to no response and spoke to the hotel multiple times with them just telling us to speak to booking.com. The room was covered in chips and marks, the curtains were ripped and had holes in. The breakfast was at a restaurant not on site, with only one option for breakfast containing both nuts and milk. Avoid!

Staff and location are great! Rooms are cosy and clean.

Lovely room, building and garden. Clean, nicely serviced daily, shady outdoor communal seating area. Close to the marina entrance and walking distance to the bus station and restaurants and shops in the older quarter. Breakfast is offside at a cafe and was tasty. Staff pleasant and assisted me when I had some issues.

Clean rooms and great facilities you can use. The pool and little beach are new and to a very high standard! Mustafa was very helpful throughout our stay!

I could not say enough about how good this hotel is. Location, staff, cleanliness etc. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The pool is a 2/3 min walk from the hotel, but wow, the private beach and pool is breathtaking.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location. Very clean, spacious room. Very close to international marina and short walk to all amenities.

Great location...staff so friendly...Yalikavak is not really a holiday location at this time of year as many places are not yet open so would have been lovely if the hotel had a residence lounge so you could sit and read a book when the sun wasn't out.
