The service was truly exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and has all the facilities we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, in a beautiful and convenient area, with easy access to everything. The level of safety and security is excellent, which made us feel very comfortable, especially since we were a group of girls staying there. It is also an extremely safe and comfortable place for families and women, providing a high level of privacy, security, and peace of mind. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail were all outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Welcomed immediately by the ultra friendly and helpful Kargin who manages the apartments. Apartment was clean and perfectly situated for myself, partner and daughter. The pool area looked stunning and was such a calm environment.

Beautiful grounds with a lovely view of the sea. The pool was cleaned daily and provided an additional group seating area for larger groups. The room itself was clean and spacious. Everything you could possibly need, TV, washing machine, iron and clean towels and bottled water replenished throughout your stay. Very stylish rooms and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in for a hotel.

These apartments are beautiful an absolute gem of a find and the wonderful owner Kargin and his team keep it all absolutely spotless inside and out & we were blown away by the attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate & very comfortable and the pool area was also very comfortable & clean and Kargin was the kindest gentleman & very generous gifting us with home grown produce & nothing was too much trouble.

This property is so close to the marina and is like its own cosy little villa, very quiet and a nice pool area. Only needed to walk 10 minutes to get the the heart of the marina, the host Abdul Rahman was very friendly and happy to help us with whatever we needed, even going out of his way to help us into our taxi and check out very late at night for our early flight, i would definitely stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin! The host and his wife are the kindest, most incredible people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. Their warmth and generosity were such a big part of why my friends and I had such an amazing trip. We honestly want to come back to Yalikavak just to stay here again because they made our experience unforgettable. I cannot recommend this place enough, truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

I really want to thank our lovely host for being so generous and welcoming. They are a wonderful family! Warm, kind, and always ready to help. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy. The area also offers plenty of great options for breakfast or dinner. Nothing we asked for was ever too much, whenever we had a question or small issue, Abdurrahman was the first to assist us. The family made us feel truly at home and even invited my mother and me to share a traditional Turkish tea with them, which was such a kind gesture. All in all, I’m so happy we chose this place and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful! Family run business, they are so kind and accommodating - if you need help with taxis or local restaurent recommendations ect they have all the info! Location is fantastic only a 10 min walk from marina max. Super clean, spacious apartments really could not recommend it more we had a great trip!

Home from home!!! This was like stepping into some long lost family’s garden and home… super special and extremely relaxing. The host, his house, garden, pool and obviously stunning dogs were amazing.

“Absolute gem of a place”

Beautiful lush gardens surrounding a stunning large swimming pool in tranquil surroundings Plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas and the apartments with terrace are right next to the pool. Parking on site too. Kargin and his wife were so kind to us bringing fresh veg/salad from the garden and they clearly take great pride in keeping the whole place immaculate. Their beautiful 2 Great Danes made us feel super welcome too! It was extremely hot when we were there but the pool was just a fabulous place to keep cool and read. Town centre about a 15 min walk but a local shop with bread milk etc is a 2 min walk We had the most fantastic time and really didn’t want to leave this very special place

We had such a lovely stay at Sun Garden Apart Hotel! The location is ideal — just an easy walk to the marina and the Old Town. The area feels peaceful yet close to everything you need. Our host, Kargin, was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. He really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His two dogs were absolutely adorable and so friendly — they made the place feel even more like a home away from home. The hotel itself is charming and well looked after, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout. We loved spending time in the garden and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic place to stay in Yalıkavak!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations, the apartment was modern, very spacious and very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a view over the vegetable garden and it was very private and peaceful, and Abdul told us to help ourselves to anything we wanted. Abdul & Efe were very friendly and made us feel a part of their family. Abdul helped us with recommendations, booking taxi's, cancelling a restaurant reservation and even offered us a lift into town one evening when we were going out.

The owner of this hotel incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property was well looked after, scenic and private. The actual apartment was very spacious and has everything you need, with free Wi-Fi, we really like to spend time in the balcony from which we could see the amazing sunsets . Liked the convenient location close to the major attractions. There were also 2 dogs ( Leo and Snoofy) which we enjoyed the company of. We’ve got a recommendation from the owner about a family owned restaurant served the delicious Turkish breakfast, which was situated in the hills with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute, probably the best and most complete holiday arrangement we have ever had! Excellent and efficient! Just to say “Thank you Kargin”!!!

Nice quiet location not too far from the town centre and 2 mins from the coast and beautiful sunsets! The pool and grounds are beautiful, the garden is really nicely designed and maintained. Very spacious rooms, well furnished and laid out with everything you need. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 3 and 7 and the kids loved sleeping on the sofa in the main living space! Also we had a lovely welcome and send off, the owner Kargin was a great host and really takes pride in giving his guests a positive and unforgettable experience. Would love to return one day!
