Hi , booking.com team, it is really sad to say we had a very bad experience last night.even though u said that the booking is confirmed the staff didn’t have a clue, we have driven more than 200 kms just to get there, its true that it was a last minute booking and thats why I specifically mentioned the checking in time, so after having the most creepiest ride through a jungle in the night( u better imagine the condition of the road and Im sure it was a wild elephants roaming area) we reached the hotel. ( I dont know why they are called a 3 star hotel) The staff told us that they were not informed regarding our arival and they had no clue, so we had to return to the main road and we had such difficult time finding a place to stay until the midnight. Worst experience ever,Im soooo fedup and even dont want to type anymore .😰

“Disappointing”
The staff were very friendly (although they spoke very little English). But the owner is appalling for managing this place so badly! He just wants to take the money and not supply any service. Breakfast was butter & sugar on bread. Our “packed lunch” for the safari was the same. Bathroom was really dirty. On the first night we had no water (couldn’t even flush the toilet) as no water had been delivered to the property. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with displeased guests and having such a disinterested owner who isn’t even present on site.
