“Lovely and cozy stay”

Lovely host couple, very kind and helpful and they speak english as well. The house is spotless clean. Peaceful location, and supermarket, gas station and other essentials just 5min drive away, and it's not too far away from Anbo port by car either. Had a lovely stay, thank you!

“Very pleasant stay”

The hosts are really nice and the cat is really cute ! The hosts spoke english and helped us to find a place to eat and a place to go to the onsen. The house is huge, our room had plenty of space.

Super-cosy family-run place, where you’ll have a warm welcome. Breakfast and dinner (Japanese style) can be ordered for a reasonable extra fee - highly recommended.

Naoko and her husband are very welcoming and take care of their hosts. I had a great stay with them, the food of Naoko is delicious and it was very nice to talk with her! Thanks again and see you next time, I’m sure!

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hosts were so nice and kind! They had great tips about hiking routes and other sights, and they also helped me to rent a car (by far the most convenient way to get around the island). If you stay at sora-mame, you should definitely book the food option - everything was really delicious.

“It was fantastic”

My brother and I stayed there in May for 4 nights and we were more than satisfied. The owners were so lovely, the room was clean and spacious. We couldn't book a rental car and luckily the owner booked one for us. So we can't thank them enough. It is worth booking breakfast and dinner. Meals were prepared with love and it was so delicious. And we got very helpful tips where to go to. Great value for the price. I recommend to book a rental car as early as possible 😁. ありがとございました❤️

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here - beautiful location”

I loved the location and my room was large looking out to the garden and could hear the sounds of the stream nearby. The owner was lovely and so helpful and prepared delicious evening meals for me.

Our hosts were wonderful, they helped us with a few issues and prepared the most delicious dinner and breakfast. We cannot suggest this place more!

The owner was super friendly, even offered to drive me to the store and Kaichu Onsen at 4 am for the low tide, but I refuse for her sleep sake. The room and place too were super cosy.

we had a great time and loved the guest house. the room was beautiful and spacious. our hosts were very nice and helped us with everything - even picking us up from a bus station and driving us to the nearest supermarket and ATM as we couldn't rent a car. if you don't have a car you will rely on irregular bus schedules - but that would be true for the whole island. there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away from the guest house - easy to get to. you can have dinner and breakfast for a good price and it was delicious. We would recommend it to everyone!
