It feels like staying at your beloved grandma’s house. Putting on samue, soakung in onsen and eating local food. Staff is very friendly and always there to help you.

Lovely helpful staff. Great Onsen. Great location right opposite the airport (no flights at night so I never heard any planes) and next to Toyota rent a car. Price was a bit steep but I booked last minute during golden week and got a huge hut all to myself

Helpful staff, convenient location, wonderful onsen

The ryokan is just across the road from the airport; it is very convenient to get to. The food is awesome! The staff are very friendly. Also there is a large convenient store 5-10 minutes walk away.

The staff were helpful. Most of them didn't speak much English, but we still managed to communicate. I stayed for 5 nights, the last two nights I moved to another room with tatami but no hot spring. The tatami room without hot spring was a lot more noisier. But the room with the hot spring was wonderful. And I appreciate their help with breakfast as I have some diet restrictions and they manage to cooperate with that.

Very nice and helpful staff, very good food, nice onsen and nice rooms. As I am a vegetarian, I also appreciated the care and effort for providing a meal for me.

“Relaxing holidays on a very powerful island”

It was peaceful and calm with really good vibe despite being very close to main road and airport. Staff was exceptionally friendly. We loved dinner on three nights. Each night was different menu of local ingredients beautifully served. The facilities were very clean and it was so relaxing to walk around wearing samue.

The location is good, the Japanese style room is very nice and we enjoyed the option for Japanese futon. Their futon were very comfortable. Onsen is clean and sauna available too as well as a cold pool. Outdoor onsen had 2 pools to choose from.

Staffs are very helpful. Onsen is very good .

In general good and fast check-in, just to reminded that their usual practice is collect payment when you check-out, may be it is better to pay in full by card through booking.com to avoid carrying large amount of cash. There were staff at front desk till very late, and they are very helpful, we forgot to turn off the light inside our car once and they informed us about that. To be fair, the price is not cheap but you get what you pay for. We stayed in the room included hot spring inside which located at the end of the long corridor, with a maximum capacity of 5 person. The room is spacious and comfortable, with both Japanese mattress and western style bed in the room. Some Japanese snacks and teas also placed in room for us to enjoy. The housekeeping is just impeccable, not a drop of water or a single hair left behind, and they will replace the hot spring clothes and towel pack everyday. For the hot spring, they have a public bath open till 11pm, and there were both indoor and outdoor areas. There were also a lot of lockers available so I guess their capacity is huge. A washing machine and drying machine (coin machine) also available inside the women public bath area, just perfect that I could do my laundry while enjoying the hot spring. Although the hotel itself is not close to the two town centre and there were not much shops nearby, it is just next to the airport so it still has its advantage. We mainly drive so that the location doesn't matter indeed, the hotel also offers free parking. To conclude, this is an excellent experience. Wish to come back in the future!

“Easy to access from the airport and comfortable to staying at night”

hotel staffs are very kind and the location was so convenient. Especially one of the staff was so kind that he always open to suggest local spots to visit and these were all so beautiful. (My recommendation was crystal-misaki which was close from the hotel by car). I am just so thankful to the staff all the time (I am so sorry about I didn’t ask him name…,)

it was very conveniently located near the airport and car rentals. The hotel had a nice onsen facility. The room was spacious, we fell asleep with the sound of river behind our window. it was nice to move ariund the hotel barefoot

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, nicely presented dinner. There is a big supermarket 5minutes distance by walking.
