Fantastic villa- like house in calm peaceful area not far from railway station , 15 min to metro Toshkent ( especially when crossing air-bridge above railway going by foot to metro!) Host Yultuz provided outstanding comfort, fulfilled all our wishes, even helped to buy tickets to A. Navoiy Theater. Super- tasty always freshly prepared breakfast Home- like atmosphere, ideal cleanliness , Uzbek hospitality and care! If you travel by train - ideal place to explore Tashkent

“Great location beautiful villa”

The villa is quite beautiful with an attractive and tasteful entrance hall and courtyard. It is situated on a quiet avenue just off the main road. We booked mainly because of it's close proximity to the airport as we had an early morning arrival. In fact we felt a little bit guilty as it meant our host had to get up at 2.00 am to greet us. Not only is it convenient for the airport but the metro and one of two main railway stations are a short walk (approx 1 km ) along the main road. Breakfast is served in the peaceful surrounds of the courtyard. We stayed two nights because the metro made it quick and easy to access the city. We would without hesitation recommend it.

Breakfast was varied and well presented. The location was quiet yet not far too far to walk to Tashkent metro station.

My Stay at This Hotel: A Great Recommendation I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall wonderful experience that I’d love to share. First off, the cleanliness was impressive—every corner of the room felt tidy and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The hostess was incredibly friendly too; she greeted me warmly, answered all my questions patiently, and even gave me helpful tips about the local area, adding a personal touch to my stay. What really stood out was the daily breakfast. It was not only abundant with a nice variety of options but also beautifully presented, making every morning start on a delicious note. The only small downside is that the bathroom isn’t en-suite—guests share a common one. However, the shared bathroom was still kept clean and never felt crowded, so it didn’t affect my stay much. All in all, this hotel is absolutely worth staying at. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place with great breakfast!

An ideal place for one night and a longer stay in Tashkent. Everything is well organized. Fantastic room, early check-in and early breakfast are possibile. This place does not have weak points.

A beautiful house with very hospitable owners. The room was comfortable and met all expectations. It's in a great location between the airport and the main train station, in a quiet area, with easy access to the entire city. A delicious breakfast is available to suit your schedule. A wonderful place to stay.

The owner of this villa is a very nice and polite lady. She literally saved us because she drove us to the train station when we were late for a train. We booked one more night at the end of our trip, and she saved us again. We arrived very early in the morning and got a room, so we didn't have to wait until the afternoon to check in. We were happy. The villa is nice and breakfast is great. Also close to the train station and airport.

Clean and comfortable, nothing to complain. We chose the location because of the train station proximity, otherwise it's a little farther for the city center.

“Incredible hospitality”

Convenient location, close to both airport and train station. Comfortable, large room. Delicious, freshly prepared breakfast. However, what stood out for us about Villa Anor was the hospitality we were shown: having arrived with a missing suitcase, hungry, exhausted and jetlagged, my daughter and I were treated with the utmost kindness and attention to our needs. Yulduz, the owner, speaks good English. When she heard that my suitcase had been held up in Istanbul and would be arriving with a later flight, she even drove me to the airport herself and made sure that the suitcase was retrieved. She also had food prepared for us in the afternoon so we could recover and rest. I have rarely seen this level of generosity in a host. My daughter still says that Villa Anor is the best hotel she has ever been to. If we travel to Uzbekistan again in the future, we'll make sure to stop over at Villa Anor.
