“Worst experience in all Central Asia”
Budget hostel with good location (but not so close to the city Center) in relaxed neighbourhood with many restaurants/transports near by (bus stop 400m from hostel: to/from train station you can take the bus 80; to/from airport you can take bus 94, and to/from city center use bus 103).
