The room had mold in the air conditioner and it made me sick. I took pictures and shared them with the day clerk when checking out. They were supposed to call me but never did. I would appreciate something for giving me a room with black mold and not following up on my complaint

There were two things that were a disapointment. The bed linens were stained. Both the fitted sheet and one of the pillow cases had noticable stains. They has been laundered, but should have been discarded. The alarm clock was set to wake us at 6:00am.
