The pool was perfect for our group, but also the accomodation. We loved that we had a place to park our car. The staff was very kind and he helped us a lot with recommendations.

“Fantastic villa”

The villa is fantastic and the host Cristian is very kind even if I didn't see him. The villa has 2 floor: downstair there are one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one understairs storage room and a great veranda with pool view... upstair there are one bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one bathroom with hair dryer. The villa is fully equipped, very clean and full of towels even for the pool. There is a barbeque and we used it.There is one parking lot inside and the villa has an allarm. You need a car because there is nothing around, it's in a residential area close to Playa Blanca village. Supermarket is around 1-2 km driving. Many beaches around by car not by walk. We were 2 families with 3 kids 7 years old and all of us loved the villa!!! The villa is really like in the photos. We didn't use the pool because the water was cold... only the kids 2 times in 7 days. But we don't even swim in the sea because the water is cold, only the kids do. The villa is really Fantastic!!!!!

Villa was lovely and clean on arrival, the host Cristian even let us check in earlier which made our day so much more easier. Pool was great, we even think it was heated which was beneficial! We didn’t see anyone come to clean it (unless they came when we was out) but the pool remained clean throughout our 9 day stay. The facilities were great, all kitchen supplies you would need and very simple to use them. Beds are really comfortable however no AC in the master bedroom but one in the other single room, there was a plug in fan which helped, as I don’t think we would of got much sleep without it or without moving rooms. Couch was very comfortable and we loved the sunroom! The decor was lovely made it feel really homey. The villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the shops, we have been to this area before and decided to get a car this time and was so much better so I would recommend this when staying in this area as you are a fair walk away from the front/marina! Overall, beautiful villa, great host, would come back again!

“Fantastic Villa & Host”

The villa was lovely, clean and well appointed with a nice outdoor sitting area and an ample sized pool. Large well equipped kitchen including washing machine. The host Christian provided great communication throughout and even ended up taking us to the airport for our return flight which we really appreciated. It was the first time that we had hired a private villa with pool but would certainly recommend and would book again. We found the instructions for the key collection to be very clear and we had no issues. Supermarket is about a 10 minute walk and Rubicon Marina about a 20 minute walk.

“lovely clean villa perfect for families , friendly host”

Very clean on arrival, great kitchen facilities , it felt very secure and mostly quite ( some neighbours noisy very late (1-2am) on some days and a dog barking at night but that’s out of their control). The villa was located on outskirts of the town but we knew ( our preference) and planned to have a car to get around. we also used the rental e-scooters for some fun which we recommend for trips into the marina and town. Excellent communication from the onwer and they went above an beyond to give us an early check in on our arrival day which made a huge difference to our holiday.

It was our very first time choose to stay in Villa, this villa was over expectations, that we had! Beautyfull, clean, rooms bright! Amazing pool area were we had barbeque, and spend every morning drinking coffe in the garden! The sun room was my favourite, we spend a lot of time there too, just enjoying bird songs around as the area was super quite at our stay time 😍 I absolutely love it, and defently would love to go back! Highly recomending this villa, it's only 30min drive from aeroport and about 5-10 min to the beach and to the shops or restaurants! I want to thank host, who was super helpful, and let us check in early and leave it late for no extra charge! Over all this villa is 10 out of 10😘
