Spacious and well equipped villa in a peaceful location. Fernando was a fabulous host, responding very quickly to any queries we had. Yaiza is a lovely village with a supermarket, some nice restaurants, bars and cafes, all within a 15 minute walk from the villa. would highly recommend.

“Lanzarote relaxation”

We absolutely loved the villa. It's in the beautiful village of Yaiza which is about a 10 minutes drive to Playa Blanca. The villa is in a very quiet area, no traffic noise at all. It is exceptionally well equipped, and the welcome food that was left for us was amazing. We loved the pool and the barbecue. Ferdinando was waiting at the villa to greet us and show us round. We had a couple of adventures and Ferdinando dealt with them really quickly and kindly. On the first night we managed to lock ourselves out of the villa with the automatic key lock ,(with pizzas in the inside oven ) ,we contacted Ferdinando and he immediately came and let us in !! Sorry Ferdinando. Then on the last night all the electricity failed in the villa.Within minutes an electrician came round, who couldn't solve the problem, so Ferdinando brought us a load of camping lights .The problem was somehow resolved the next morning. We all are already planning our next visit to Villa Altamosa. Thankyou so much for a much needed family holiday ❤️

A Perfect Stay in Yaiza – Beyond Our Expectations! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Yaiza. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful hospitality. The hosts had prepared a fully stocked fridge for us, along with an amazing selection of fresh fruit, which was such a warm and unexpected welcome after our journey. The villa itself is great—spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The private swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous Lanzarote sunshine. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. Whether we were exploring the island or simply unwinding by the pool, this villa was the perfect base for our holiday. A huge thank you to the hosts for making our stay so special!

The villa was in a perfect location for us, a small, quiet, very pretty village, with all essentials such as cafes, restaurants and supermarket . It is easy to get around the island by car or public transport, but one can also relax and enjoy the peaceful area or take walks nearby. The villa itself was comfortable and well equipped and the pool was warm. Shame it wasnt a little longer or deeper (good not too deep though !) , but nevertheless it was great to be able to swim in December ! Fernando had left lots of provisions including beer, wines, chocolates, and foody essentials to get us settled in. He was very pleasant and showed us around the villa on arrival and he was easy to contact if needed.

Awesome Villa, super clean, everything you needed was provided. The host left us a full fridge with drinks and snacks. We travelled in November and the heated pool was warm enough to swim. Extremely comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. 10/10

“Wonderful villa would highly recommend”

The villa was immaculate. It had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms modern and very clean. Ample towels, pool towels, washing machine and utility room, even outdoor space to dry. This villa really did have everything. The pool was warm eventually. We had an issue with the temperature but it was soon resolved . In fact any issue we did have was quickly sorted as our host was close by and was very hands on Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. We arrived late and was delighted to find that Fernando had stocked the fridge with all sorts of food and drinks. This was above and beyond our expectations and was greatly appreciated by us all. Yaiza is a quite area which we loved but you will need a car if you want to get about. It is very central and it was easy to get to all the resort areas. Playa Blanca just 15 min drive away. We had a wonderful stay here and I can't recommend this villa enough. Thankyou Fernando for making our stay so memorable.

Nice house, warm swimming pool, beautiful village and very close to the best spots of Lanzarote (even the airport). Fernando is an excellent host, providing everything we need even the fridge full of nice food and drink.

The villa was quite spacious. It felt like being at home. We had everything we needed and more. The place was clean and the swimming perfect for kids. The location was great and very peaceful.

it felt like you have arrived home. everything was just where it is supposed to be. kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are spacious, bedrooms as well and the livingroom is comfy. The Host Fernando is very helpful and made our stay even better with the refidgerator full with local products! gas bbq and basket loop were definitely a plus!

“Attentive host”

Attentive host who made arrival very easy and provided a very well stocked fridge and other essentials. Position was quiet and away from tourist centres and ideal for exploring. Heating was included and was very welcome during cold evenings. Tv and wifi were excellent. Main bed exceptionally comfortable. Outside seating area very pleasant. Very quiet overall.
