Superb apartment in a really peaceful location. Kitted out with everything you need, a comfortable bed, and a really nice pool. The owners are great hosts too and really looked after us. We had two lovely weeks here. Absolutely couldn't fault it at all.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Beautiful accommodation, exceptionally clean. Terrace and pool area gets the sun throughout the day, so perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! Amazing hosts, providing all the info needed for the stay. We even had a bottle of wine and cake delivered to us! 12 minutes car or bus journey to playa blanca, which has a lovely beach.

Fantastic location, beautifully presented villa. Perfect for a solo or a couple. Very peaceful surrounding, village location. Very high spec fittings/fixtures and lovely pool area (although it was a chilly dip in Feb …but to be expected! :)

The property is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and furnished. It is very comfortable with a fantastic outdoor area. There are beautiful views of the mountains and can see the sea as well. Claire who owns the property is an exceptionally lovely lady who went out of her way to look after us. Giving us local tips (restaurants recommendations, local supermarkets, beaches to explore etc…), checking in on us and even bringing me delicious sweet treats on my birthday. She really made our stay fantastic. Yaiza is a gorgeous village perfectly located to explore the island. Thank you Claire and Mauritzio for your hospitality and the beautiful apartment.

“Beautiful apartment”

Welcoming and helpful hosts. Lovely immaculate little house with a private pool and a lovely outdoor area where we ate breakfast each day. Well equipped and excellently placed to visit all parts of Lanzarote. Walking distance to local supermarket which had everything we needed.

Great location in the Centre of Yaiza. Claire and Maurizio made us very welcome. Loads of outside space, pretty much all of which we put to good use, and on the less windy days the pool was warm enough even in January. Yaiza also has many good walks nearby and is well served by bus.

Lovely village with a shop and cafes within 2 - 4 mins walk, lovely clean apartment, very comfy bed, lovely Pool. We also had my partners mum nearby, and Claire and Maurizio said she was welcome to come over with us during the days and were so helpful with anything we needed. We had a car, Playa Blanca was 10 mins one way Peurto Del Carmen was 12 mins the other way. Very easy to drive on the roads as well. They haven't seen the last of us 😉

“Lovely apartment, great hosts and top location”

The property is in a perfect location, being in the quiet village of Yaiza with enough things going on to keep interest, yet still retaining a feeling of being a rural and sleepy village. Hiking routes, volcanoes and popular beaches are within a short drive away. Claire is a great host and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walks can be done right from the apartment and the scenery is beautiful.
