“Nice short stay with super friendly staff.”
Fantastic view of Mount Fuji from the top floor, super friendly and kind staff, we felt welcome. The beds were super comfy, I can highly recommend it for a short stay. A 7 Eleven is just across the street.

“Generally good, very courteous and friendly staffs, onsen is available, train station 3 mins away.”
Very near to train station and shopping mall. The front desk staffs are very frienly and helpful. There is the onsen for tired hotel guests to wind down.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I had booked a non-smoking room but mt first room smelt a bit like tobacco, and they promptly moved me too another room for no extra charge and apologised. Room was neat, clean and well-equipped with toiletries etc. Aircon was good. Microwave and vending machine on the bottom floor which was handy. Comfortable pillows, which I've found to be rare in many hotels in Japan! Close to convenience stores, busses, train station and a shopping mall. Also have an onsen and sauna which I didn't check out but sounds nice. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area again!

The reception staff is accommodating. She is also knowledgeable on safety protocols: she did not read the room number of solo female guests out loud.

“Good night sleep”
Once again i trusted APA, once again i was not disappointed. The most crucial thing to me is the bed confort, after all that's why i paid : to sleep. Apa did not disappoint, this hotel uses a foam mattress (which is not common in JP ) and i had a wonderful night sleep. The staff was competent and did speak english, you also have a public bath free to use.

Chiba deserves more attention when you visit japan. great central location for a quieter visit, many beautiful and historical sites in the area away from the bigger tourist traps in Tokyo
