What a very special place this is. From our initial contact with Gregoria, our host, everything was handled perfectly and efficiently. Not only is she a delightful and professional host, she hits the nail on the head in providing everything one needs for a superb stay. The house is very large and spacious, with a fantastic living space of lounge/dining room/kitchen which is where we spent most of our time, as well as entertaining friends. My husband is an excellent cook and he made great use of the kitchen which had everything he needed to create delicious meals, and it was nice to have the open-plan space where we could all hang out. We spent three weeks here during the colder season in Cyprus and had some concerns about being warm but our concerns were completely unfounded. There's an air-conditioning/heating unit in every room (as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room) and we were toasty warm the entire time. Bedrooms are also large and roomy (with a walk-in wardrobe that could easily be another bedroom!) and the rooftop terrace is a lovely touch (though we didn't get to use it, other than to dry our laundry, which we did in the washing machine at the house). The house is pretty much in the heart of the village of Xylophagu which we enjoyed exploring, and discovered one of the best bars we've encountered anywhere in the world: Sigiries. Do make a point of visiting and meeting the charming host, Kyri. There's really nothing missing from this property that we would have needed and Gregoria was fantastic from start to finish -- on hand if ever we needed anything but discreetly absent at all times.

Everything was fantastic ! Very nice, clean and spacious. Close to many places to eat, a shop in walking distance as well..a couple of bars as well. Just excellent for myself and my family, we would definitely stay again. Gregoria the host was excellent as well, checked in with us a couple of times as well to make we had everything we needed.

Gregoria and Costas are very kind and provided great hospitality. They reacted upon any of our questions during our stay regarding restaurants and any other issues.

The location was perfect for us and the house had everything we needed and more. The hosts were fantastic and the home made lemonade was delightful!!!

That was the most amazing house we had ever rented for holidays. Gregoria was an incredibly warm and welcoming host, she had placed a basket in the appartment for us with wine, oats, peanuts and more inside, water in the fridge and so much more. She had prepared descriptions for excursions, recommendations for restaurants and all necessary information in a folder. There was absolutely nothing missing, we could reach Gregoria at any time, the house was exactly as shown on the pictures, we really enjoyed the roof terrace and the table tennis. Everything was super clean, various restaurants were nearby, parking slot just next to the house, the mattrasses were comfortable etc. etc. Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to discover this beautiful island and offers the opportunity to get in touch with real Cyprus life, apart from the very touristic places around Agia Napa.

We liked everything, the house is perfect for family and we felt like at home! The hosts were super friendly and offered welcome pakage and a pie at the end. The location is also very convinient, close to the beaches but far enoigh from the crowed. We will come back to here if visiting Cyprus again.

Lovely welcome pack, Gregoria greeted us upon our arrival, made us feel very welcome and provided us with details of how all the appliances worked plus information concerning local attractions, shops and eateries. Very friendly neighbourhood and ideal location for visiting Cape Greco in particular which we loved. Really comfortable bed and super clean accommodation.

“Excellent experience”

Wonderful house, perfect for a big family. Cosy and very clean, a lot of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen with a real espresso machine as a bonus. Huge roof terass and very nice little entrance terass in a shadow of trees. The host is very helpful and sweet. The location is very calm, far enough from crowds of Agia Napa, but close to the beautiful beaches (10 min with a car).

We were 4 people in the rustic house, it is really big a has a lot of space. The owners had a very warm welcome for us on showed us around. Free parking on the side of the house was available. On the ground floor is a big kitchen and the living room with a big fridge to cool the drinks. Upstairs there are 3 sleeping rooms, 2 with a balcony. We enjoyed the rooftop in the afternoons for the sunset and the additional towels for the beaches. The village is quiet, but a very close drive to Aya Napa (10min.) were you find a lot of good restaurants. A supermaket is close by and the small village beach is great for snorkeling.

“Rustic House is a Rustic Gem!”

Everything was perfect! Our hosts, Gregoria & husband Costas, were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, extremely helpful, and always available for assistance as and when required. Gregoria's homemade jam & fresh lemonade were just too nice! The property & location are ABSOLUTELEY AMAZING! Pictures do not do the house any justice as it is much bigger & nicer in reality. Really felt like a home from home, and all the local amenities are just a short stroll away. Will definitely look to returning in the near future.

It was a very nice and relaxing vacation. The host did everything to make us feel welcome but without being intrusive. Our plane landed pretty late into the night but we were given a warm welcome even though we reached the property at around 1:00 am. The property is quite spacious, especially the kitchen and living room. The Wi-Fi was stable which was very good since we also had to work. Only 15-20 min by car from Ayia Napa where we found some very beautiful beaches and places to hike. Plenty of space for parking the rented car.

The host overhanded the keys and introduced the accommodation personally. Every detail she explained. She showed a hand-made travel guide with points of interest in the area. Very convenient. The village is quiet and the interesting places are available within some minutes drive. For example; to Nicosia took us only one hour. We had a rental car.

“Fantastic house”

It was a lovely place and we had a great time the landlord was very friendly and very helpful everything was there like shampoo towels etc we would recommend it to family and friends and would go back. Also right in the middle of larnaca and ayia napa good for shopping or beach.
