First, you will fall in love with Josef (pronounced Yosef), then you will fall in love with Villa Xemxija (pronounced Shem-shee-yah), then, if you haven't done so already, you will fall in love with Gozo. Josef is so enthusiastic and passionate, and will spend time offering suggestions of where to go and what to do. The rooms are all beautifully and spotlessly cleaned and maintained by Miljana and his parents. His Mum and Dad built and renovated the villa, and still help, so it is a real traditional family feel to the business, not corporate. The pool is lovely, the buildings and plants are carefully and lovingly maintained - the care and attention to detail is evident. Half the people staying thrre have been coming here for years. You will see why if you stay here!

“Perfect villa escape in Xlendi”

Perfect getaway. The accomodation was very comfortable and clean and had all we needed. The pool was refreshing after a day out and sitting on our patio with wine overlooking the pool and ocean was bliss. Beach,restaurants,hikes,drives all in easy reach. Josef gave us so many tips and suggestions that enhanced our stay.

Facilities and arrangement of the villa was really good. The host, Josef, was helpful and took the time to make sure we were happy as well as suggesting places to visit. The kitchenette was modern and worked well.

Facilities bith in the apartment and the public areas of pool lounge areas around pool washing machine was a great addition. Our host couldnt do enough for us, he was so helpful & friendly

“Wonderful apartment in beautiful Xlendi”

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the terrace down to the sea is lovely and peaceful. The owner was also very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for the area. It's easily accessible from bus stops and a short walk into wonderful Xlendi. Definitely recommend!

From the beginning to the end of our stay in Villa Xemxija, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Josef was a superb host (as was Sky!) and the apartment was very clean with a great view. Josef recommended good restaurants and knew the area well, making everything very easy - taxis, buses etc. Xlendi is beautiful, and the villa is just a short walk from the harbour - barely 5 minutes. Thank you Josef! 100% recommend Villa Xemxija.

“Peaceful and beautiful villa.”

The location of the villa is wonderful, it sits just up the hill from Xlendi only a 5-10 minute walk down to the water front with all the restaurants and small local supermarket. The apartment was really spacious, the bed comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Josef was a great host and he gave us so many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Loads of easy parking right outside the villa. The pool and area around the pool was really big and easy to relax while shared with the other apartments. Access to a good washing machine too which was ideal for a 10 day holiday.

The apartment was very well equipped and spacious, and had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, and with a sea view. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area and kitchen were cosy and well equipped. The location at Xemxija was lovely with some nice restaurants close by and fabulous sunset views. Parking was easy right next to the apartments. The host was fantastic - super friendly, helpful for anything and gave great tips for our stay. Would be very happy to stay again!

“The perfect oasis”

We had a fantastic time at the villa, which was the perfect home away from home during our first trip to Gozo. The host was super attentive and just a lovely person, full of excellent recommendations, he gave us a very warm welcome. The room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities needed. The balcony view was a great bonus, and so was the pool, and surrounding little garden - a veritable little oasis, to relax and cool off between trips around the island. The location was great for us just a 5 min walk from the sea, restaurants and the village.We now want to go back to Gozo already, and will certainly choose to stay here again! Thanks for everything!
